Civica Ratio contributors have come together from the fields of data science, policy, design, and philosophy, united by a belief that digital tools must serve the people, not the other way around. Civica Ratio saw the growing gaps between innovation and ethics, power and accountability, intelligence and wisdom, and knew there had to be another way.
